The summer attitude is alive and well in the Downtown! The flowerboxes are planted, people are strolling the streets and retail windows are punctuated with colour. A few eateries have put out chairs for patrons anxious to take advantage of any warm weather.
And Downtown is already ramping up for Downtown Days. Formerly known as Lemonade Days, July 15 to 17 will be our official salute to summer! Late night shopping on Fri. July 17 will see the streets closed to vehicular traffic from early evening to late night. This year we'll also be featuring "Adopt an Artist" where artists and businesses come together to showcase local talent and support our Downtown as a cultural centre of our community.
Remember to mark July 15-17 - Downtown Days.
Keep watching for details, coming soon!
